Googly eyes on Bend sculptures went viral. Now a nonprofit founder is claiming credit

They were the googly eyes seen around the world.

After someone or several people stuck googly eyes to sculptures in multiple Bend roundabouts late last year, officials in the central Oregon city took to social media to say they weren’t chuckling.
