Project 1591 Volunteer Force Surpasses Internal Analysts
From the beginning, we knew we would never be able to hire enough analysts to keep pace with the rapid growth of this crime. That’s why we knew crowdsourcing this work was the answer, and the volunteer platform, Project 1591, was developed to harness the power of many in the fight against sex trafficking. This quarter, that vision became reality: the Project 1591 volunteer force is now outpacing our full-time analysts. The platform is doing exactly what we hoped, expanding our reach, accelerating victim identification, and amplifying the impact of our internal team like never before.
But with this incredible growth comes a new challenge: we need to hire more analysts to review volunteer cases and respond to the increasing number of law enforcement requests for support. Your partnership makes this possible.

Online platforms hosting escort ads (similar to Craigslist) are rapidly growing, with more locations than ever. This quarter, we added an officer in South Dakota, bringing us closer to having a law enforcement contact ready to act on every PAIR report nationwide.
